Ann LaCroix Jones concentrates her law practice in areas of civil litigation with a focus on cases with medically complex injuries. Ms. Jones has a special interest in cases involving cerebral palsy and other profound injuries occurring to infants at the time of birth. Since 1988 she has won admission for numerous children into Virginia’s Birth Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program and has published articles related to Virginia’s unique birth-injury laws in the Virginal Trial Lawyers’ official publication. An advocate for profoundly injured infants, Ms. Jones has testified on behalf of such children in the Virginia and Maryland state legislature and was featured in Richmond Law Magazine as a leader and tireless advocate for these children.

Ms. Jones graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1987. She earned her law degree from T.C. Williams School of Law in 1990. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Jones served two years as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Fairfax County Circuit Court before entering the private practice of law. Ms. Jones is a member of the Virginia State Bar as well as the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the American Association of Justice. She serves on the Membership and Legislative Committees of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
